Labor Day Weekend Blahs

Well, being that it is already 2 weeks into the school year and 3 out of 5 of us has come down with colds, Labor Day weekend has turned into a BORING, BORING weekend. I am thankful for the fact I did get the cleaning done, and the laundry.....but I am wishing the kids and myself felt better! Bummer! I am optimistic that we are getting the colds out of the way and we are going to be ahead of everyone else. Is it wishful thinking??? or just a will of the mind? We will see. ;)

Prayers Please

Well, it seems one of my little cousins has gotten himself in a horrible situation with the Law. So please say some prayers that everything works out and give us strength to get through it all. I will update when I know more....Thanks :)

School 2009

Well, school has started and we are in our 2nd week. Carlie started 2nd grade at Maple Grove Elem. and her teacher is Mrs. Cheer. It is very fitting for Carlie to have a teacher named that! She loves it and she asked me the other day....if I could help her make her days longer,because they go to fast and she has way too much fun! I sure hope she stays like that. We were also happy that this year, our good friends Kenny and Dana have moved from Greeley to Wheat Ridge and now their little girls have joined Nick and Carlie at Maple Grove. They are so excited that they go to school together.

Carson started his 2nd year in Preschool and now he goes 3 days a week instead of 2. He wasn't too happy about having to go, but he seems happy now that he is a "Upper-Classman". He walks all BIG into his class. It is so cute. I can't wait to see how much he learns this year.

We are still waiting for Marilyn to come back to work. She is still using 1 crutch and she is shooting for October 1st. It has been a long 2 months! The kids have adapted pretty good at Dana's.....but Marilyn spoils them WAY TOO MUCH!

I have turned over a new leaf with the kids back in school. I am now waking up at 5 am....so I can get a lot done before we have to leave in the mornings. Then on Tuesday and Thursdays, I have been making it to the gym and working out. Well, 1 1/2 weeks done so far......ha...... and things are going good. Although, I am SORE!! and Carter isn't too sure about the daycare at the gym. He has really become a Mama's Boy! I LOVE IT! I am eating up every moment of it!

Anyway, That is all for now.....Oh and BTW..... Still No baby for Stef!

I know, I know.....I am such a loser! I have been so freaking busy and I didn't Post! There hasn't been very much things to post......

Summer has come and gone with the blink of an eye. I can't believe that the kids start school in less than a week! Augghhhh! I am NOT ready!
